Elizabeth Pandich’s life has been shaped by her passion for horses, her commitment to hard work, and her dedication to achieving meaningful goals.
Growing up in a middle-class family in New York, Elizabeth balanced academics, sports, music, and multiple jobs, learning early the values of perseverance and responsibility. She went on to graduate from Cornell University with a degree in Communications while continuing to compete as a rider and develop young horses.
In 2012, Elizabeth founded Limelight Farm, a boutique hunter and jumper training and sales operation in New York and Florida. Through coaching nationally and internationally, breeding select homebreds, and officiating competitions as an “r” judge, she has earned a reputation for integrity, excellence, and results.
Elizabeth’s connection to Florida became personal when she met her husband, Peter, at an equestrian event. Together, they welcomed their daughter, Cora, and bought their first and only home in 2016 in South Florida.
Now, Elizabeth is running for Florida state house, District 86.
